World Mental Health Day takes place every year on 10th October. Mental health, like physical health, is something we all have.
World Mental Health Day is an important awareness raising event with the aim to get more people talking about mental health in general as well as what we need to do to look after it and how to get help if you are struggling.
"Better Health-Every Mind Matters has launched a campaign to support the nation’s mental wellbeing. It is aimed at all adults but weighted towards those most at risk of mental health problems and vulnerable groups".
