Vacancies
I just wanted to say it has been very nice working with County Care Group. My team is in agreement that County Care are always responsive and helpful, for us and for the clients. The arrangements for the Winter Pressures short-term support has been particularly helpful in terms of supporting initial discharges when people need support on a short term basis with transitioning out of hospital.
- A Care Manager at the
Mental Health Team
I want to thank you for your help and support in sorting things out. I appreciate your time and effort. County Care has been a life line for me. Shirley is someone who always tries to help me problem solve. I really love you all. Mel is someone who goes out of her way to fix things. Elaine is a great support and cook. Kathryn has an air of peace and calm and I have truly appreciated this
- Service User
Michelle has such a good team working around her now and it makes life so much easier for me. Vanda is wonderful with Michelle. She is medically knowledgable, very supportive and caring, and Michelle loves her. She is doing so much with Michelle and encouraging her to go out more. Lisa and Mandy are also very good with Michelle. As Vanda is around now and often, she is spending a lot of time with Michelle, and has taken on a lot of the work I was having to do.
