Our aim is to provide positive outcomes, independence and increased confidence, helping our customers to become active members of the community.

We understand that people may need support in different areas of their life. Our services are designed to be flexible and can be tailored to your needs to fit with your lifestyle.

The most important aspect of support at home is that you are comfortable within familiar surroundings, building upon the independence you already have.

You will receive a tailored support plan to cater to your daily needs as well as goals and aspirations. A detailed and personalised plan means that our support workers can enable you to live your life to the fullest.

Holidays and trips are a time to have fun, have an adventure and to have some time away from home.

Our support workers can assist groups or individuals on day trips as well as holidays. Whether you'd like to choose a trip we are already participating in, a holiday from our brochure or any trip or holiday of your choice, we will make it happen.

Being able to travel on public transport is a key life skill. It supports your choices on how you go about your daily life and fulfil specific social and domestic needs.

During training we’ll cover:

  • Personal safety

  • How to use timetables and buy tickets

  • Travelling together on public transport

  • Road safety, including how to cope with traffic on major roads

  • What to do when things go wrong (e.g. the bus is late)

Our Travel Training Programme provides

those we support with the confidence and skills to travel independently on buses, trains and local walking routes.
