County Care has an excellent reputation as a specialist support provider of services for people with autism, learning disabilities and mental health issues. Our aim is to support adults to develop new skills and live happy and independent lives, both at home and in the community.
We are currently looking for Community Support Workers in Redhill and surrounding areas.
Our main priority for this job role is to find people with the right values, behaviours and attitudes that match our own! We are seeking to recruit some wonderful support workers who will have the right values and personalities to work with our service users. Is this you?

All we ask is for you to share our values:
No two days will be the same as duties are really varied. Our service users are all different individual’s and deserve to be treated as such. You will be taking part in a wide range of special interests and activities that support their health and wellbeing such as shopping trips, medical appointments, social occasions, cooking and many, many more fun things.
You will need a full driving licence and access to a car. We will carry out an enhanced DBS check.
