I have worked in the care sector for three and a half years. Having worked for 8 years in a mainstream school setting supporting children with autism and learning difficulties, I felt a change was needed. I began working with County Care as a Community Support Worker and have moved up to become a team leader and also lead on our Community Skills Project in Epsom which will very soon be moving to Leatherhead. I love the fact that not one day is ever the same and neither are the service users! You get to meet a huge variety of people from all walks of life which makes County Care such a great company to work for. You can really see the difference we make to someone’s life and I feel that it’s a privilege to work with the service users, their families and of course the staff!
